Happy 9 Months!!

Miss sweet Victoria came back for her 9 month pictures. I'm sad because she'll be graduating out of the baby planner package soon. I've enjoyed seeing them every 3 months. Guess they will just have to have some more babies!!

It was great to see her and her family again. I always get great photos from Victoria. Seriously, she's the cutest thing!!

Love this shot...thought I would get creative and mix some elements together. She was more interested in eating the flowers than looking at us, but it makes for a great shot.

Very Important News Regarding Future Weekend Sessions For 2009

This year has been such a crazy year for me. As many of you know, I’m getting married in October, which happens to be right in the middle of the busy fall season. I am also training for two ½ marathon races as well and let’s not forget Turkey Day and Christmas!! After I factor in all those dates, I’m not left with many weekends for pictures, so I’m only going to be able to offer limited WEEKEND sessions. Regular sessions are still available Mon-Fri.

Weekend Dates Available:

September 13th, October 4th, & November 15th

If you are unable to book a session during the week, these are the only weekend dates that I am available. My December schedule has not been set yet, so another date may open up. Please contact me ASAP if you need to book one of these days because they will fill up quickly.

Cutest Twins

I'm a little behind on my blogging! I've been mad busy with photography and squeezing in time to work on wedding stuff has made time scarce.

I met up with my first set of twins at a cool new location in Allen! The weather was amazing!! The boys were great! One is a total camera hog and the other took a bit longer to coax a smile, but I managed to capture a few. I hope mom and dad love their preview...I'm sure they've seen them on Facebook, but here they are on the good ole blog!

A special Happy Birthday goes out Miss Kailey! Although it isn't her birthday quite yet, we wanted to get her pictures taken care of. Mom brought this awesome outfit! I'm jealous that I'm not small enough it wear it!

Look Who's ONE!!

I love seeing this family every couple of months. I swear they have the easiest kids! I curse the day one of them gives me trouble! Both of these sweet kiddos love my camera! The oldest kept begging for her turn in front of the camera. Can we say "Photographer's Dream??!!"

What a HOT morning our session turned out to be! Who knew that it could reach 90 degrees by 10am, but we got some awesome pictures!! Thanks dad for dancing around with my reflector to make the kids smile! You guys were a fun group to photograph.

ON VACATION!!!

I will be out of town June 25th-29th. Brian and I are taking our first vacation (one that doesn't require staying with family). We are headed out for a "Tour of Texas". I'm so excited to finally visit Fredericksburg, San Antonio, and Austin! We will be driving so watch for plenty of pictures!

Grant Wyatt

WELCOME Baby Grant Wyatt Stinchfield!!!!

Proud mama is Amy Vanderoef~Good Morning Texas WFAA 8 and proud dad is Grant Stinchfield~reporter for NBC 5 here in Dallas!! Congrats to them on the birth of their beautiful baby boy!!

I have known Grant and Amy for about 2 years now and was so pleased that they allowed me the opportunity to photograph their new bundle on Monday. He is such a beautiful boy and slept like a champ for me. I must say that he has got to be one of the strongest newborns I've ever seen!!! At 12 days old, he was able to bust out of his swaddle and lift his head up! He will go on to do great things later on in life!! :)

I am eternally grateful to mom and dad for allowing me to capture your sweet baby boy! I am already looking forward to his 3 month photos.

What a beautiful boy....have I already said that enough???

A few personal things....

I'm a little behind in posting some of these images, but I have had quite a few changes in these past few months.

First off...I'm no longer a nanny. I made the jump to pursue photography full time and since I'm getting married in October, it seemed to be the appropriate time to make a change. This first image was from my last day of nannying. I came home and these flowers and sweet note were waiting for me. How thoughtful is my fiance'??



Next up, I'm officially in training for a half marathon thru Lukes Locker. It's HARD...let me tell you! I'm running (or trying to run) 5 days a week and in the afternoons, I'm getting some strength training from the fiance'. It's good and I'm starting to notice some changes to my body...good of course. :) In saying all this, I've been getting up at 5 A.M. everyday to run. I'm not a morning person, never have been. At first the thought of getting up every morning was just brutal, but I've become used to it and am actually enjoying it!! I snapped a few images before a run at Erwin Park in McKinney one Saturday morning.



It's amazing the beauty that can be seen so early in the morning. I managed a couple more pictures after the run! Check out this flower!



Well, that about concludes life for the time being...just wedding planning! Almost everything is planned, paid for, and picked out!!! I'll keep everyone updated!!!

We were a little late in taking Miss Avery's 2 year pictures, but it was worth it! This is a new location I found and I absolutely LOVE IT!!!! I can't believe she's 2! Seems like just yesterday that I was taking her 3 month photos!!
