Upcoming Fall Schedule

My fall schedule is filling up fast!!! Here is the fall schedule as it stands for now. It's possible that it might change later!

For September, I only have one Sunday (26th) open. I have 2 spots available. I am currently booking any time for the 21st-24th & 27th-Oct. 1st.

October is getting slammed! I am going to do my pumpkin patch pictures a little different this year. Instead of a weekend mini session, I am offering an entire week at mini session price. The sessions will be at the Dallas Arboretum. Sessions are 3o minutes for $108.25 (tax included in price). The dates are Oct. 4th-8th. Sessions start at 9am and end at 4pm. October weekends are full.

November is becoming just as busy. I am currently booking Nov. 14th. There is a possibility that I will do another studio mini session if there is interest...so please let me know.

As of right now, December is open, but limited.

Lottie~9 Months

I can't believe Miss Lottie is 9 months old already! Someone please stop time!

So our session was a complete disaster! Mother nature was totally working against us. It all started with the blazing heat. We were sweating buckets within 5 minutes of arriving at the Ft. Worth Botanical Gardens. Mom went to put Lottie on a super cool wall and next thing I hear is a massive scream "SNAKE"!! So I go to investigate and see if the snake is gone when all of a sudden, I start feeling a burning sensation on my foot...I had stepped on an ant hill. So I take off screaming "ANTS" and seek refuge in a nearby fountain. At that point, the both of us were laughing so hard we couldn't breathe and were still sweating like crazy. So we decided to head for some shade and ended up getting lost! At that point, we decided that we had had enough and headed for some AC! Despite mother nature, we did get some pretty awesome pictures and a pretty funny story! Thanks Ashley for a great memory!

Lydia~7 days fresh

Welcome to the world Miss Lydia! I am so blessed to be a part of her little life. She was the perfect little newborn...she didn't make a peep until she needed a diaper change!

Sweet baby in a basket! I've been waiting for the chance to use this basket. Mom & Dad have an awesome red porch...I should post the color one too! :)


I promise that I did not in any way enhance the color of mom's eyes...they really are that amazing!



I wish I had done this picture a little differently, but I still love the way it turned out! This is mom's belly cast that she had done while she was still pregnant. Ladies, if you have this done, let me know! I would love to try this shot again!

Happy 1st Birthday Drew!

When Drew's mom first called me about shooting her son's first birthday party, I must admit, I was a little nervous. This was the first birthday party I have ever been asked to shoot, so with mixed feelings, I jumped at the chance. I don't know why I psyched myself out so much because it turned out to be a perfect 1st birthday! I can't wait to do another next month!

Happy 1st Birthday to Drew! I have enjoyed seeing him grow these past couple months. Thank you mom and dad for letting me be a part of your special day.

Studio Mini Session-July 11th

Oh my, I am so behind on blogging! I am sorry that I have been so busy and neglected the blog, but be prepared for some serious overload!

I was so excited to host my very first Studio Mini Session at the amazing Wade Livingston Studios! For those of you that missed this session, you seriously missed out, but have no fear, I will be doing another one (if I have enough people, so spread the word!). I had visited this studio before, but shooting in it was another story! It was beautiful!!! Ok, ok, enough chatting! On to the pictures!


Miss Grace was my first visitor of the day! How fun it was to see them all again! It's been a couple months! She was full of energy and spunk! Always a great combination!

I haven't seen the next set of kiddos since last fall and they all have grown so much...especially Mr. Cash! Mom did such a great job on their outfits!! I'm in love!!

Mr. Rylan was full of smiles! His parents and I are all runners through Luke's Locker. If you're ever interested in running through the Plano store, check out his mom Michelle. She leads a great group!

Next up was sweet baby James and his super adorable sister Lydia! It was great to see them and meet their newest addition!

This next family was a blast! Miss Anique is full of personality...I see a future actress and Ashtyn could be in a Gap ad! Seriously good looking kids! Their mom leads the Luke's Locker marathon program and is amazingly fit! I want to look like her after 2 kids!!

Mr. Tallan came for another visit and has as much hair as he's had his entire life! He's sporting a "Bieber" hairdo! Love it! His eyes really are that amazing! It's been so fun watching him grow up!





So that concluded my morning session! Time for lunch!

My next kiddos to arrive have been coming to me about every couple of months! I usually come to their house and mom and I enjoy some coffee and some good talking time! It was great to see them again. Miss Sophie leaped into my arms and didn't leave for quite a while! What sweeties they both are. Mr. Grant was sporting a lost tooth and lost another one a couple days after our session! Why do they have to all grow up!

Miss Zoe is one of my baby planners, so I really have enjoyed seeing this one grow up! She is such a dainty lady and has the cutest, smallest feet! She was full of smiles in her skinny jeans! Heehee

I haven't seen Miss Brynlee since last fall and oh my how she has grown! She even brought her friend Deacon for a visit! I couldn't believe that mom flew into town that morning and still made our session!

My last session of the day was Mr. Preston & Miss Lyla! Oh my goodness were they cute!!! I loved Lyla's red dress...it just popped in the studio!
