Happy 3 months to my little peanut! She's getting so big! She's already rolling over and doing really well hanging out on her tummy. She's a great sleeper and has even given me a couple "sleep thru the night" nights.

My poor neglected blog. I need to get better about blogging, but between going back to work and a newborn, my life has been crazy! I promised some pictures of Abigail, so I'll do a little catch up. What a great week this has been! I went to the Dr yesterday and found out that I am dilated 2cm! So exciting! We are officially in count down mode! I cannot wait to meet this little one.

I am so glad that the count down is on! This little gal is running out of room. The good news is that I went to the Dr. this week and looks like I'm dilated 1cm! Pretty darn exciting! I know it's not a lot, but that means progress, so I will celebrate this "little" victory!!

Here's my massive belly! Looks like I got talked into some "real" maternity pictures, so I'll be getting those done today. My fabulous friend Brandi Fornof of B4 Photography talked me into getting some done. Should be interesting.

35 Weeks

35 Weeks done and gone and I am so ready! I know every pregnant woman probably says that, but seriously...I am done. I am having a really hard time getting comfortable and it seems the only comfortable positions are on my back or in my car. Weird, I know, but both locations make it difficult to finish up my work. I want to have all my sessions edited and out the door before our Little Miss makes her appearance.

Nothing new and exciting to report. She is moving a little less, mostly lack of space I suppose and I'm thinking this little stinker is going to be tall like her daddy. I swear those feet can wrap all around my side and touch my spine sometimes!

We toured the Labor & Delivery floor this week. We even got to see a couple fresh babies! Everything seems to be coming so quickly now and my "to do" list is getting pretty long!

I feel so ready to POP! My stomach is rock solid!

This week I went back to the doctor and everything is still looking great! In 2 weeks I will get the "uncomfortable lady check" and we'll see if I have dilated any.

I'm still getting my workouts in, but I have noticed a huge difference in my energy level. After a 30 minute walk, I am so tired! My husband has been great in encouraging me to nap...even though me still pokes a little fun. :)

I have started to wash Little Misses' laundry. Just little stuff like sheets, blankets, bibs and such. It's so fun to fold all that little people laundry. I'm sure if won't be as much fun when I'm sleep deprived.

I also got some really cool videos of the Little Miss in action! The first one is just her rolling around and doing some "running" of her own. The second one is just me entertaining myself. She had hiccups, so I put a bottle of my belly. I'm corney like that. :) I'll have to post those later. The blog isn't letting me upload them.

Each week my belly is starting to pop out! It's painful at times...especially after I eat, so I'm eating a ton of little meals. She's also still moving a ton! She likes my right side and my ribs! It's the weirdest feeling when she moves those little feet into my rib cage. Calgon, Take My Breath Away!! I'm also starting to get more intense contractions. Nothing to worry about, but they are just more "noticeable".

Ok, I promise that my butt and legs have not grown since the last photo...it's totally the baggy pants! I am sure that my belly has grown though. Today was my 28 week checkup and the dreaded glucose test. I have to say though, that the fake orange sunkiss stuff wasn't too bad. It tasted okay until about halfway through and then it hit me. The test results will be ready tomorrow, so I'll find out if I have gestational diabetes or not. Let's hope NOT!!

I am now reaching that point in my pregnancy when I get to see my OB every 2 weeks. I have a feeling that this every other week visit will only make the remaining time go by even quicker....so much to do!!

My in laws came up to help build our new additions and I have to say...the nursery is looking great!! I cannot wait to get her bedding put in. 26 Weeks Vegas Style!

Yes...we took our unborn daughter to Vegas! We had an opportunity to attend the Academy of Country Music Awards that is held in Vegas each year...Thank you Dr. Pepper!! We stayed at the amazing MGM Signature (thankfully away from all the casinos and smoke). We decided to use this trip as a baby moon, so we flew out Friday evening and came back Monday evening. It was so good to just get away and spend some time with my hubby. We've been to Vegas before, so it was nice to just wander the strip and not feel like we had to see all the sights. The Little Miss was good to me! I had enough energy to walk for 2.5 hours in the hot sun! I even got a little pool time in too!

25 Weeks

We are quickly approaching the due date! Yikes! It was exciting to get up there in the weeks, but now, the countdown is looking a little scary. I have so many things to do and I'm getting a flood of appointments for July...which is odd since that is usually the slow time.

We finally put up our Little Misses crib!! It looks so weird to walk by her room and just see the crib in her empty room. We'll be buying her dresser and nightstand next week and her bedding should be ready any day. I will post pictures when everything is installed.

We are headed to Las Vegas tomorrow for a little fun at the American Country Music Awards. I feel a little weird knowing that my daughter will be tagging along. LOL!! I'm hoping to make it to the old Vegas sign to snap a 26 week photo, but we'll see how our weekend goes.

Well, here's the ever growing belly! I can really feel her twisting and turning around in there. It's the most bizarre feeling when she does a full on body roll...my stomach gets really tight! She still seems to be loving my right side, which I learned is where my liver is! Apparently, it's warm over there, so I defiantly know she is my daughter! I am always cold!!

Ok, so I'm only slightly panicking about the length of time left. There are so many things to do!! I'm probably freaking out about nothing...

We had our 24 week dr appointment and everything looks good! Our next appointment will be the dreaded glucose test...which my dr was so kind to send me packing with a nice orange bottle of liquid. Yum! Can't wait to drink that! UGH!! The nurse tried to make it better by saying "it tastes better cold...like a flat sunkiss". Hmmm.

It looks like the Little Miss has a nice weight and so does her mama! I am psyched that throughout this entire pregnancy, I have only gained 7lbs!

I know I'm late posting this because 25 weeks is here in 2 days, but here ya go. The ever growing belly. And let's just say that now that Little Miss is getting bigger, whenever she makes a big move, it's just a little painful.

Well, 23 weeks down, 17 more to go! I cannot believe it. I also cannot believe how big my belly has gotten in just the last month. At least I don't have stretch marks (fingers crossed)!!

So new news is that we are finished with the nursery!! Big props go out to my husband. He has never hung chair rail and I must say, for a first timer...he did a fabulous job! Although, he has said that if I ever mention hanging chair rail again, he will file for divorce. :-) It was a pain to get done, but it was worth it. I cannot wait to get the crib and dresser assembled. I'm giving him a break from honeydo projects for now.

Other than my growing belly, no new and exciting news to report. We've been busy with baby stuff and I'm booking appointments like crazy! I am gearing up for my tulip mini this weekend. It feels good to get back outside and shoot. There has been a wave of newborns lately. Apparently, there really IS something in the water.

22 weeks has come and I'm extremely late in posting this picture since 23 weeks is on Sunday! Oops! Things have been great. She is still a kicking machine and has even managed to literally take my breath away. Talk about the most bizarre feeling!

We have our next doctors appointment in 11 days! It's another huge milestone! She will reach the age of viability. It will be a huge relief to know that "if" anything happened, she would have a good chance at surviving outside the womb.

So here's my big belly! It seems to grow overnight. I'm a little nervous about what the scale will say next week. Eek!! It's a good thing I am still running and working out!!

I'm seriously late in posting the 21 weeks photo considering that it's already time to do the 22 week photo, but better late than never. If you follow me on Facebook, then you already got a sneak peek. :)

This past weekend we started working on the nursery. My in laws came and helped us paint. We decided to do a chocolate brown on the bottom with a creamy beige on the top and a chair rail. Well, let's just say that we may have possibly bit off a little more than we could chew. My husband did a fantastic job at getting all the miter cuts perfectly cut, but our problem came in nailing them to the wall. Our hammer and nails weren't cutting it, so we're hoping to enlist a friend's help to finish it.

I can't believe we are at the half way point! My husband and I are so excited about being so much closer to meeting our little one. I will say that I think she takes after her daddy. She is a kicking machine!! I feel her ALL THE TIME! Our dreams of her becoming a track star might actually come true. :-) Here's my belly this week. I am sporting my first pair of maternity jeans and my first maternity shirt. I have to say that both are equally comfortable!

We have started the nursery projects. Here's my husband painting some swatches. I knew what I wanted, it was just a matter of seeing it on the wall. We will be installing chair rail between the colors as well.

We already decided that we loved the lighter color, but the brown was a harder decision. I love the darker color! The official painting project begins this weekend, so stay tuned for photos!!

So here she is! Our sweet 9 oz little nugget is as healthy as can be! It was such an amazing doctors visit. We got to see all her internal organs and watch her heart beat. I couldn't have been happier. Some more exciting news is that she has start to kick! The first time I felt her kick was February 13th, but that was only from the inside. Today I felt her kick on the outside. It was amazing!

So here's my weekly belly photo. I have finally gained weight! I know, I can't believe I'm actually saying that. I now weigh the same as I did when I got pregnant.

18 weeks down already? This pregnancy seems to have flown by so quickly already and I'm sure it will only go faster. I have to say that this baby girl has been very good to me so far and am hoping this is a growing trend as she continues to grow and eventually be born. I still haven't had morning sickness (which I realize is a huge blessing). The bump is continuing to expand little by little and I'm hoping that I can stay in my regular clothes for just a little bit longer.

I still haven't felt her move yet, but any day now!

I'm a little behind in posting the 17 week photo. It's been a crazy week!

Our little nugget is doing wonderfully. We saw a specialist in December to determine if there were any abnormalities...this is also the same doctor that at 12 weeks, told us we were having a girl! We received the final set of results this week and our sweet baby girl is completely healthy!! What a relief! I wasn't worried about anything happening to her, but it is nice to have a definite answer.

I have noticed that this week, my bump is poking out a little more. She's making a move upward, which poses a problem with clothes! I can still wear all my clothes, but my shirts seem shorter. LOL

I live in Texas...it doesn't snow often, so when it does, it's quite a sight! My hubby and I thought it would be fun to take a couple belly pics since I am finally starting to show (just a little bit). I've had some people requesting belly pics, so here ya go!

I'm sporting my lovely Christmas present from my hubby! I am ALWAYS cold, so he bought me this pretty track suit. I think he mostly did it to stop me from turning up the heat...heehee.

I wandered around our neighborhood snapping a few pics before the snow melts. I wish it snowed more!

What a year 2010 was! I want to thank all of my clients for making Sara Bella Photography such a success. I couldn't have done it without you.

I'm so sorry for the lack of blogging. It's really hard to keep up the blog and get all my CDs out on time, so sometimes sacrifices must be made. My goal for 2011 is to blog more!

I also have some very exciting news to share! My husband and I are expecting our first little baby! We know the gender...but that will be announced later on. It's kinda fun to have something that only the hubby and I share...especially in the cyber world we live in. So here is a preview of our sweet bundle that will make an appearance on July 12th. We are so very excited!!

Baby Dorn 12 weeks & 4 days oldAlso, there are many new and exciting changes for Sara Bella Photography as well. I have been so busy on my vacation getting things at home organized that I haven't even begun to work on business stuff, but let me tell you...lots of new stuff coming!!
